Ingredients:

green gram, moth bean, cowpea, brown chick pea
capsicum
roasted peanuts
green coconut
red chilli
mustard seeds
green chillies
curry leaves
medium sized onion
coriander leaves
salt, lemon juice

Method:
Heat
oil in a frying pan. Splutter the mustard seeds in oil. Add onion
and saute until light brown, then add curry leaves, green chillies
and sprouted gram and keep it covered with a lid filled with
water. After eight to ten minutes, when the sprouts become tender,
add two cups water. When it starts boiling, add crumbled noodles,
spices, red chilli, peanuts and salt and stir. When the water
dries up, add capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice and coconut.
