ginger
cashew nuts

coriander leaves
salt, black salt, red chilli, roasted cumin seeds powder

Method:
Cut bread slices into round shape using a
cutter or a steel cup. Finely chop cucumber, onion, ginger, green
chilli, coriander leaves and add cashew nuts, red chilli and salt.
Spread this prepared mixture on a slice, cover it with another and
press them together. Similarly, prepare all the slices and wrap
them in a moist cloth. Beat the curd and add sugar to it. Before
serving, put the bhalla into the curds. Add spices and chutnies to
taste.
